Below is the outline of the JD - Medical Underwriter:! Deliver speed and quality of Underwriting within agreed targets, aiming to lift customersatisfaction levels. !! Support the delivery of wider customer service operations involving Underwriting across MaxBupa.! Teamwork with the Information Technology , Sales and Underwriting functions to suggestsystem development! Work with stake holders to deliver additional customer services where necessary, but notforgoing on Max Bupas service excellence and quality.! To ensure that the risk assessment is done according to standard underwriting guidelines of MaxBupa with customer satisfaction.! Keeping up to date with the latest in customer service delivery principles.! Perform in line with Max Bupas principles and values, and performance management processesto ensure team work and customer retention.! To deal with the customer grievance related to quality and efficiency of underwriting services.Minimum QualificationMinimum ExperienceQualified doctor/medical graduate with at least 2 yrs clinical experienceMust have an experience of 2-3 years of Underwriting processes
