Job Description

National Relationship Manager

Account Management Acting as the custodian of named clients, will be responsible for all official communication channel between client HA
Client (Insurance Company) Relationship Development at multi-level HO, Region, Branch, Ops , Sales .
Client (Insurance Company) Escalation Management
Directly Responsible for Volumes & Growth Strategy for assigned clients
Travel across region / branches to develop new locations
Regular client review internally and externally
Deep understanding of client buying behaviour
New Client Acquisition target Add few more client to his existing kitty
Upsell & Cross Sell new services to client
Audit facilitation for his/her respective clients
IT coordinations
Billing & Recovery from assigned clients
Contract renewals / Additional addendum / compliance related to client
Managing commercial and other process related requirements with client
Planning network expansion growth for the client along with network team
Mpower adoption target

Overall ownership of the client with respect to End To End requirements and coordination. ( BAU Medical related services still remains with Ops
