Job Description

  1. Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic company information
  2. Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, fax, etc. as needed
  3. Assist in planning company events, meetings, luncheons, and employee team building activities or special projects
  4. Help prepare reports, presentations, and data
  5. Manage and maintain files, records, and correspondence for meetings
  6. Type documents, drafts, and reports
  7. Arrange schedules for meeting space and conference rooms
  8. Assist with travel and expense reports
  9. Update staff calendars and organize schedules
  10. Prepare information and research for executive needs
  11. Oversee mail deliveries, packages, and couriers.
  12. Good communication skill .
  13. 2 to 4 year experience in office assistant.
