Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Manage goals, KRAs for the Collections & Operations team of 5-7 people
  • Lead collection & operations strategy over dialler for better customer engagement & collection efficiency
  • Drive visibility and actionability through Data & MIS reports for the Ops & collections team to lead higher operational efficiencies
  • Monitor call quality & drive customer call NPS through the team
  • Engage with external lawyers/external vendors to promote specific legal/non-legal campaigns
  • Ideate, Create & Implement new campaigns and collaborate with Tech/data science team to drive conversion and collections
Requirement:
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience
  • MBA preferred with experience in start ups in similar domain
  • 2-3 years experience in Collections Operation and Strategy is a must
  • Should have managed a team of similar size in the past
  • Structured communication & thought process
  • Candidates who are more into Telecollection will be preferred.
  • Candidates age should not be more than 35 years.
