Grainger, Americas largest industrial e-commerce company and a part of the Fortune 500.We are expanding our team and looking for a talented, passionate, and committed Operations ExecutiveRoles and Responsibilities : Identification of Suppliers, and manufacturers for the products in the respective category Engaging with alternate/outside market Vendors to ensure monthly Orders fulfillment/Shipped which are non fulfillable with the existing vendor Vendor payment follow up with Finance to release vendor payment on time Resolution of seller disputes raised through Panel/Zoho within 7 Days Adherence of Order TAT of 7 days for Orders to be fulfill after order allocate to alternate vendor New Vendor acquisition Supplier Onboarding, & guiding suppliers on quality parameters Agreement and rates. finalization with suppliers & Negotiations, with all terms & conditions Inventory Management - Consignment and inventory reconciliation at supplier level Dealing with the OEMs for Fulfilling the orders for B2C customers Create RFQs for OEM & get the best prices which are already mapped in seller panel but for no mistakes in prices I always Get the Quote for the best prices Good Knowledge of MS Excel, MS PPT, and MS Word. Coordinate with warehouse Team Members for Warehouse Vehicle Pickups from the OEM side & give the approval of QC Pass if any issue in the product after confirmation with OEM. Vinculum Knowledge required,
