Outreach Officer- Individual Fundraising | WWF India Outreach Officer- Individual Fundraising WWF-India, one of the countrys largest conservation organizations is looking for enthusiastic young individuals to help WWF-India raise funds to expand and upscale the conservation work across the nation. The focus of the position will be to achieve the defined Unit fundraising goals & targets. Location: New DelhiEducational Qualifications: Graduate/ Post Graduate/ MSW/ MBA (preferred) Experience: 2-4 years of experience in relevant field/ Sales & Marketing/ Event ManagementSpecial Skills and Abilities : Self-driven and highly performance oriented. Must have creative thinking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communications skills Skills in making effective presentations to external stakeholders Strong skills in relationship management with multiple stakeholders Ability to persuade, network and negotiate with stakeholders. Understand the vision, mission and goals of the organization. Specific Job Responsibilities & Accountability: To ensure at least 15-20 days of permission consistently every month To tap Malls/ corporate/ Residential Apartments to create opportunity for the fundraising team. To maintain the relationship with corporate/ malls etc. for further permission. Maintain and update a database of Corporate/ Malls/ Residential Apartments Collaborate with Marketing & Communications team to get the collaterals developed which would be used for outreach activities. To maintain proper code of conduct and inform the fundraising team the norms to be followed while working in the corporate/ mall permission. To aquire new partnerships for Payroll Giving Channel of funds. Remuneration will be competitive with Indian NGO pay scales and will depend upon candidates experience levels and the overall WWF-India salary structure.
