Job Description

    Designation - (Executive/Senior Executive/ Team Leader) Location - DelhiProcessing Payroll, Reimbursement and Full & Final Settlements with accuracy To receive Payroll/Reimbursement inputs/data from the client Sharing observations/queries of any with regard to inputs received from client Updating Investment Declaration (from website or received from client) into the Payroll Software Sending Payroll reports, Reimbursement and F&F settlements as per agreed timeline and commitment Uploading of processed data on website Preparation & submission of Monthly & Compliance Report to client Intra-Transfer of data to PF, Retirals Compliance team as applicable Resolving Online Helpdesk queries (on web portal) of the employees for assigned clients Preparation & submission Quarterly Returns of the clients well before the deadline Checking, Verifying & inputting of Investment proofs of the respective clients Responding timely to clients queries and concerns Assisting seniors for any task delegated Issuing Form 16 to the employees of assigned clients well before the deadline Assisting client for Audit by providing required information relating payroll. Timely revision of return, if required Working with Team spiritQualification & Skills Required: - Relevant experience of minimum 3 years Minimum Qualification should be B.Com or MBA Finance Good working knowledge of MS- Excel Time & Project Management Skills Multitasking Open to work in strict timelines
