    • Develop, execute, and manage high-performing Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
    • Manage a minimum monthly budget of 20 lakh.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to optimize ad spend and campaign efficiency.
    • Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize ROAS.
    • Generate comprehensive performance reports and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
    • Stay informed on the latest industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in performance marketing.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with broader marketing strategies and business goals.
    • Utilize advanced analytics tools to measure, track, and report on campaign performance and ROI.
    • Implement and manage conversion tracking, pixel setup, and audience segmentation.
