We are currently hiring Web Development Team Leader to manage a team of talented designers and developers. With a strong leadership and technical background you will act as a subject matter expert for development and web technologies , ensuring that there is a greater focus on user experience and journey creating solutions that are both fit for purpose , designed , developed and architected in line with the existing and future technology landscape as well as fully tested and supported. This is a technical line - management role for someone wanting to stay at least partly hands - on with the code. You will either have previous line management experience , or be a senior developer looking to move into management. You will work as the team lead of one of our development teams , where you will be responsible for ensuring that your team are able to meet business and technical requirements with solutions that are high performance , scalable , robust , and built in accordance with modern development practices. You will provide technical leadership to your team and , with the other team leads , will be responsible for setting and representing the technical standards used throughout the department.,
