Must have successfully led reputable audits like EU-GMP, UK-MHRA USFDA etc.* Shall be responsible for technical operations towards the implementation of the overall production strategic plans to enable the achievement of defined target.* Should strongly believe and work considering energy conservation and cost optimisation with respect to both utilities and processes.* Leading the development and implementation of new technologies, methodologies and systems to drive innovation in products manufacturing.* Responsible for compilation of daily, weekly and monthly reports and their submission to the management.* To ensure a maintenance plan of machines so as to reduce downtime of machines which result in increase of product yield & productivity* To ensure the application of and adherence to a robust quality management system in production so that all products meet the international standards and specifications and non-conformance is minimized.* To Support and collaborate with Planning / QA/ QC/ R&D while advising on development of SOPs, validation of equipment and manufacturing processes, GMP training, and relevant documentation.* Capable of handling all major audits including WHO, PIC/s, USFDA and MHRA exposure etc.* Optimal approach on leading manpower, process control, lean Manufacturing and operation excellence to minimize production cost and operations. skillsProduction, Plant Operations, Engineering, lyophilised vial,
