to Presales - Team Leader at Livspace A Pre sales Lead is the linchpin of Livspace as you will be the first point of contact when a customer needs any design help or general information about Livspace offerings. We are looking for a fun and committed an individual who understands design and aesthetics to the core. Job Location: Delhi- Okhla Job Type: Full-time Experience required: 3+ Years Qualification: Any Degree + Excellent verbal and written communication skills Work days: Rotational, 5 days a week PS: Cab facility not available Key Requirements: Great written and verbal communication skills Good listener with active problem-solving skills Good interpersonal and analyzing skills Quick learner and open to learning new channels or processes Flexible with work timings/ schedule and availability. Knowledge of social media platforms E-commerce experience is a bonus Responsibilities: Must have handled Team. Online sales & Lead Generation. Looking after target achivement of team and ensure the smooth process Answering calls, mails and chats to guide customers about Livspace design services and products for end to end home design projects Assisting customers while they shop online; guiding them on the best design, products for their homes. Working on design projects involving mainly products/ product sets. For example, furniture sets for rooms, living space, dining area, etc Keeping records of customer interactions and different transactions, recording details of complaints, comments, inquiries Follow up to ensure that appropriate action has been taken on customer requests and complaints Escalate unresolved customer requests, pass on grievances to higher departments for further investigation and clarification Make reminder calls to clients, send follow-up emails and schedule appointments Livspace is Building the worlds first end to end interior design platform out of India.Were Indias top online home improvement and interiors destination for consumers and the worlds first design automation platform for designers.
