Job Description

    Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchaser to manage our procurement activities, ensuring timely acquisition of quality materials and services at the best value. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, supplier management experience, and a keen understanding of market trends.Key Responsibilities:
    • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on price, quality, and service.
    • Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with vendors.
    • Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
    • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to forecast purchasing needs.
    • Maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, supplier contracts, and pricing agreements.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
    • Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliers.
    • Resolve any issues related to purchase orders, deliveries, or supplier performance.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Purchaser, Procurement Officer, or Buyer
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques.
    • Proficiency in using procurement software and ERP systems.
    • Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed purchasing decisions.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
