Greetings!We have an excellent opportunity for R & D Manager at New Delhi.Job Title: R&D ManagerExperience: 5+ YearsLocation: New DelhiKey Responsibilities

  • Development
  • Full Stack .Net development, primarily in C#
  • Experience of WPF & WCF
  • Desirable skills include C++, Xamarin Forms, ASP.NET & SQL Server, SOAP, REST
  • Demonstrable experience in both agile and waterfall project management methodologies
  • Desirable to have experience developing video or command and control centric
  • applications where performance and availability are critical factors
Team Leadership
  • Line Management and mentoring responsibility for the local development engineers
  • including conducting performance reviews, identifying training and development
  • needs, coaching and full performance management cycle
  • To instill Right First-Time approach by driving
  • Clear, up front, specifications of requirements
  • Clearly documented test processes
  • Test plans based on Real World scenarios
  • Introduce relevant measures and KPIs to effectively measure quality
  • Ensure all processes adhere to company and other auditable standards
  • Continually monitor and improve processes and structure to deliver maximum
  • customer satisfaction
  • Create and embed a continuous improvement ethos across the local development
  • team
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by implementing, maintaining and
  • aligning company policies that adhere to local, state and federal environmental,
  • health and safety regulations
Collaboration
  • Ensure close co-ordination with the CTO located in the UK
  • Work closely with the CTO to effectively manage resource allocations
  • Work closely with the CTO to ensure all developments are customer and market
  • focused
  • Liaise with key stakeholders across the business communicating status updates and
  • contribute to the management of prioritization
