Job Description

  • To receive patients with a pleasant smile and wish them NAMASTHE.
  • To answer politely to patient queries
  • To attend telephone calls politely and strictly adhere to the telephone manners.
  • To maintain doctors appointment on time
  • To inform the respective departments about any Doctor s absence
  • To fix appointments over phone/person/letter/E-mail
  • To regulate the patients coming for consultation
  • To act as a liaison between the patient and the doctor
  • To collect Doctor s fees from OP patients and service charge to be paid to the billing department.
  • To maintain a record for fees collection.
  • To organize for the previous medical records for all old patients
  • To maintain a document for returning the files back to the medical records department.
