Job Description

    Job Description of Regional Recruitment ManagerPosition / Location: Regional Recruitment Manager reporting to National HeadJob description & responsibilities:
    • Recruitment All throughout the year, achieving recruitment targets and keeping the vacant positions at nearly Zero. This will form good 90% of KRA (Key Result Areas).
    • Developing Sourcing Channels - Continuously developing innovative & cost free sourcing channels to have consistent/adequate supply of fresh graduate candidates.
    • Tie up with Degree Colleges (Government & Private with UGC affiliation) & other Recognized/Reputed institutes providing Graduate candidates.
    • Organizing Job Fairs and Events To organize job fairs and other innovative mega events to attract candidates directly for jobs. Promote cost free hiring.
    • Campus Hiring Drives Formal tie-ups with Universities/Colleges & other educational institutes & conducting campus drives on an ONGOING basis.
    • Client Relationship Management Managing & maintaining relationship with Client Managers within the geographical territory & Central leadership.
    • Process & MIS management Ensuring process adherence, consistent supply of information to Client Managers & Head Office. Publishing monthly dashboards of Regions performance on all important parameters.
    • Team Management Building, managing & motivating team for consistent performance throughout the year. Helping the team in ensuring timely achieving of targets and quality sourcing of candidates and hiring as per quality standards & SOP.
    Desired Skills & Personal Characteristics:
    • Hard core Recruiter with expertise in Bulk/Campus Hiring.
    • Ability to mobilize huge candidate footfall & recruitment at real fast pace.
    • Ideally be well-connected in the education sector to arrange campus drives.
    • An assertive player with Never Say Die Attitude.
    • Team player, strong ability to build/manage/motivate performing teams.
    • Good analytical and problem solving skills.
    • The ability to communicate well with people in person and in writing.
    • The ability to understand a variety of viewpoints. Good organization and time management skills.
    • The ability to earn the trust and co-operation of Client Managers & employees.
    The Right Candidate ideally would be:
    • Minimum: Graduate in any discipline. Age group 28 -35 years.
    • Good communication & liaison skills. Experience in Mass/Campus Recruitment, Organizing Job Fairs. Creating & developing Recruitment Channels.
    • MBA with experience of 5 years or 7 years if on Graduate. Team handling experience minimum 3 years.
    • A strong flair for Recruitment, Business Development & Channel Management is desirable.
