Position Title : Regional Sales Manager Reports To : Zonal Sales Manager Key Responsibilities: Follow up with the team members regarding sales targets and business plan Guiding and supporting to the front-line team through target setting and reviewing measures. Developing new business partners to expand product reach in the market and coordinating with the dealers/chemists/stockiest to assist them to promote the products. Building brand focus in conjunction with operational requirements; ensuring maximum brand visibility and capturing optimum market shares. Monitoring, recruiting, training & motivating the manpower and providing direction to the sales team for ensuring optimum performance and enhancing their professional and soft skills. Develope cost-effective marketing and advertising strategies. Appointing staffs in vacant areas. Monitoring accounts/cash flow/collections/recoveries etc, for credit control management. Contribute to the Annual Business Planning process through accurate revenue forecasting for the sales of company owned brands in the region. Assessing the current market scenario and in accordance implementing sales promotional activities and product launches for brand building & market development. Providing Growth in Secondary and Primary Sales through Strong Work Ethics Developing the Culture in team. To achieve the monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets, product wise and unit wise, head quarter wise for the Area. Monitoring and maintaining outstanding within the stipulated credit norms leading from Front in Field Working. Tour programs and joint field work to be planned and executed to perfection Acquire complete/in-depth knowledge of all products and give on job training to team. Job Requirements- Planning and Execution of Numbers. Maintaining Healthy Relationship with Customers and Team. On-time reporting. Developing new accounts, business tie-ups, negotiating, and volume commitment.,
