Job Description

    Growth & Partnership Manager As our Partnerships Lead, you would :1. Streamline fund and donor management operations for existing leads2. Identify and research suitable new prospects - foundations, corporates, individuals, and among partner NGOs working in STEM and cultivate these relationships on behalf of the organization3. Manage the end-to-end cycle with each prospective partner:a. Identifying high-value, prospective partnersb. Initiating leads, calls, and meetingsc. Making presentationsd. Writing proposalse. Closing agreements4. Maintain documentation on progress, status, and hand-over to operations for after-sales and maintain relationship after-sales5. Regularly follow ups and engagement with CSR PoCs and NGOs6. Design proposals for corporate CSRs in partnership with NGOs7. Research and tracking of potential funding sources to help improve the fundraising strategy8. Represent Tan-Ninety and be a visible part of a successful organization at forums involving stakeholders such as other non-profits, foundation and government agencies9. Design and implement innovative partnering and sustainability strategies to attract strategic and innovative funding, across a range of funders in India and globally10. Build a network and support base to champion and raise funds for organizations vision and mission11. Analyze and use data from the school information system to create high-quality impact reports for supporting board level reviews, creating grant applications and for external communications Requirements and Qualifications 1. Preferably a Masters degree / post-graduate in a relevant field or social services discipline2. Self-starters who need very little oversight to get things done3. Someone with rigor, a sense of ownership, and attention to detail4. Good track record of maintaining key donor relationships as well as establishing new partnerships5. Proven experience of negotiating with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally6. Ability to craft compelling opportunities for a wide range of potential supporters7. Excellent written and oral communication skills8. Excellent report writing (Word and PowerPoint), google sheet and presentation skills9. Experience of engaging with stakeholders- specifically corporate, trusts, and CSR Committees in areas of operation10. Ability to establish and grow partnerships and effective planning skills11.
