Well-funded stealth education startup looking for a head of sales who can spearhead and anchor our sales operations. Were a young team, based out of Mumbai, looking to make a dent in the space of online education degrees globally.You must have experience in running a sales team, with a very tight and bullet-proof operation with no leaks. Our sales model includes running our own team, along with our trusted enrollment partners. Must have impeccable communication skills, along with the ability to run and hire your own sales team.You will be required to: Meet your sales target. Run the operation from lead to admission closure. Shape the face of the sales organization and structure. Create a global team, that will be selling to all corners of the world, especially south-east Asia.Experience with a previous education technology company is preferred.Were open to providing meaningful equity ownership and a very generous performance-based incentive.Our office is based in Worli, Mumbai and we are looking for talent looking to join by January.Work experience: 4+ years
