This individual is technically focused and working towards expert level certification, whilst at the same time developing business knowledge. This position is required to provide pre-sales support by identifying opportunities and contributing to the design and configuration requirements related to client proposals.Develops specific marketing plans and activities for specific product(s) or product line(s) to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena. Develops business plans and product positioning in the marketplace. Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity and identifies customer needs. Establishes pricing strategies. Works with engineering, manufacturing and sales to develop new products or enhance existing product(s) or product line(s).Working at NTTKey Roles and Responsibilities:Assist with the creation and delivery of technical solutions to clients by engaging with them during the planning and solution definition phase and defining the standards of work (SoW).Support others in the analysis of user and technical requirements, specifications development, solution design and development, propose technical solutions and provide a high-level design of technical or service solutions to meet the client s requirements.Provide user support and assist with troubleshooting and design, configuration and escalated problem management.Maintain technical training and training programs documentation.Provide pre-sales support by identifying opportunities and contributing to the design and configuration requirements in relation to RFP / RFI and proposals of low complexity.Supports internal stakeholders in the definition of the solution roadmap and milestones.Assist with the enhancement of current solution concepts and/or the creation of new ones.Assist the sales team with the evaluation and activation of new accounts.Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:Possess knowledge and understanding of IT industry environment and business needsDemonstrate good knowledge of market, verticals, horizontals, business administration and business changeLearns through participation in technical design workshops with the client and NTT stakeholdersPossess good technical, quantitative and analytical skillsPossess good communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to present information clearly and succinctlyPossess the ability to work with clients and business teams to create client-orientated solutions and servicesDemonstrate interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationshipsPossess the ability to recognise opportunities for enhancement and continuous improvementDemonstrate the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders and colleagues at all levelsPossess the ability to work in high-pressure situationsDemonstrate the ability to establish and manage processes and practices through collaboration and the understanding of businessPossess the ability to manage urgent and complex tasks simultaneouslyAcademic Qualifications and Certifications:Bachelor s degree - BSc / Bcom Informatics Qualification preferredProject Management certificationRequired Experience:Proven experience in a similar role within a related environmentExperience across multiple domainsProject management experienceDemonstrated experience working with clients to understand their requirements and define appropriate solutionsWhat will make you a good fit for the role Standard career level descriptor for job level: Develops professional experience Applies policy and procedures to solve variety of issues Problems are moderate in nature Build productive internal and external working relationships Receives general instructions on routine work Receives detailed instructions on new work Typically needs a Bachelor s of Engineering or equivalent and entry or basic level experience; or an advanced or equivalent degree without experience; or equivalent work experienceMinimum work experience on any of the cloud provide i.e GCP, Azure, AWSJoin our growing global team and accelerate your career with us.
