Job Description

    Role and Responsibilities:Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of quality and training professionals. Set clearobjectives, provide guidance, and foster a collaborative environment to achieve high performance andcontinuous improvement. Quality and Training Strategy: Implement and manage quality and training strategies andprocesses that align with the companys goals and regulatory requirements. Ensure that Qualityand training activitieseffectively support product and service quality. Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in processes and methodologies. Developand execute plans toenhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall quality of financial products and services. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, operations, and compliance teamsto ensure seamless integration of Quality and training practices. Provide insights and recommendations tosupport cross-functional initiatives. Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality and training. Analyzeperformance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on quality and training activities, performance, and riskmanagement to senior management and other stakeholders. Customer Focus: Ensure that Quality and training processes and activities are aligned with customer needsand expectations. Address any customer feedback or complaints related toproduct quality.
