Job Description

    You will be responsible for driving sales of Spare Parts by increasing penetration in the assigned territory. This will involve ensuring the availability of genuine parts throughout designated territories and closely working with the retail network to create awareness and educate the channel on the benefits of genuine spare parts.Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales strategy through innovative activities and relationship building to garner maximum market share of Tata Genuine Parts.- Achieve retail sales, institutional sales, product range, and total sales targets by implementing demand generating schemes and initiatives.- Achieve distributor targets for primary and secondary sales by driving order generation activities.- Develop and plan appropriate stock levels with distributors and execute plans for order generations. Monitor order fulfillment to ensure targets are achieved.- Actively coordinate with channel partners, procurement, warehouse, and finance teams to achieve high fill rates.- Explore growth opportunities to increase market share and expand the network to meet business objectives.- Develop a deep understanding of the market and competition in the assigned territory and use insights on competition pricing and distribution strategies to improve organizational strategies and tactics.- Coordinate and monitor the availability of finances for distributors in the assigned territory.- Ensure competitive customer pricing by negotiating with channel partners to create a win-win distribution pricing.- Monitor overdues of dealers and distributors in the assigned area and take actions when required.- Deliver sales targets by working collaboratively with channel partners, participating in customer contact programs, and providing timely solutions to the market, dealers, distributors, and customers.- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and provide training and education to retailers, mechanics, fleet operators, and channel partners regarding products and the usage of genuine spare parts.- Guide distributors on best practices for handling customer complaints and train them on the importance of stock keeping and timely ordering of parts.Qualifications Required:- Education: MBA from a renowned B-school along with B.E (Mechanical / Automobile Engg).- Relevant Experience: 3 - 4 Years in Business to Business Sales, Channel Sales, or Auto Component Sales.Skills & Competencies:- Sales Skills- Technical Knowledge- Analytical Skills- Interpersonal Skills- Negotiation Skills- Local Language Knowledge- Customer Orientation You will be responsible for driving sales of Spare Parts by increasing penetration in the assigned territory.
