Job Description

    Role Overview:You will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of Indian dishes, such as curries, meats, and vegetables. Additionally, you will handle kitchen management tasks including setting up the kitchen, delegating tasks, and supervising cooks. Menu planning will also be a key aspect of your role, where you will create a menu considering budget and seasonal ingredients.Key Responsibilities:- Ensure food safety by complying with health and safety regulations and maintaining kitchen hygiene- Conduct quality control by tasting meals and visually inspecting dishes to ensure high quality standards- Train staff on how to prepare and cook menu items- Manage inventory by taking stock of ingredients and equipment, and placing orders to replenish stockQualifications Required:- Education: Secondary (10th Pass) preferred- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chef preferredPlease note that this is a full-time position with a rotational shift schedule and the work location is in person.
