Job Description

    Dear Candidates,Greeting!We are looking for junior export merchandisers for a textile home furnishing company based at Panipat.Job responsibilities will be: -
    • He will be contact between customer and factory.
    • Communication with customer and buying agencies.
    • Market and customer research.
    • Business developments with customer and buying agencies.
    • Oversee the merchants for sample and production coordinations.
    • New customer setup documentation like vendor setup, manuals, customer quality and testing protocols.
    • Ensure timely and efficient resolution of all customer queries and requirements.
    • Handling customer complaints.
