Job Description

    The incumbent will be a part of the Large molecules group and will be responsible for supporting the protein purification team.Key Responsibilities: Able to perform Affinity chromatography-protein A & His tag, size exclusion, Ion exchange chromatography. Analysis of the proteins by SDS PAGE, Western blot, Analytical SEC, Mass Spectrometry. Preferred to have the ability to operate AKTA and HPLC. Experience in bacterial and Yeast culture work will be added advantage. Understanding and demonstrating responsibility for safety of self & colleagues by following all safety protocols provided by Syngene Adherence to all environment, health, and safety (EHS) policies & standards at all times in the workplace Wearing all PPE as required. Adherence to all procedures related to Syngene s data integrity policies Compliance to Syngene s quality standards at all times.Educational Qualification: M.Sc/M.Tech in Life sciences or related field.Technical/functional Skills: Good knowledge in Protein purification. Prior experience in Affinity chromatography, size exclusion and Ion exchange chromatography is desirable.Experience: 2 6 Years of relevant experience post qualification.Behavioral Skills: Good oral, written communication and presentation skills to work in a multi-disciplinary team.,
