TITLE: Service Engineer (Fresher can also apply). Candidates who have done ITI / Diploma in Electricals / Mechanical or Btech in this field can apply.POSITION SUMMARY:This position is responsible for providing onsite service and support to customers. Acts as mobile fieldservice engineer on assigned open tickets to resolve customer affecting technical issues in a timelyfashion in order to maintain maximum customer satisfaction. This relates to all applications and othertrouble shooting issues. This position serves as a technical service resource assisting both end users and less experiencedsupport analysts in effectively identifying issues and using effective troubleshooting techniques toresolve end user technical issues.Please note that candidate having experience in UPS industry are preferred. Its 90% field job. Engineer has to go and service or repair the medical instruments.Responsibilities:Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of instruments.Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs.Provide high level technical support to external customers at their location.Provide on-site training to the customers if required.Collect AMC(Annual Maintenance Contract) order from customer, whose machine is out ofwarranty.Participate in training programs provided by the company.Selling Preventive maintenance kits to the end users.Interface with cross functional work teams such as field applications, customer support/services,product management, manufacturing and marketing/sales.Develop Service technical documentation.CRM reporting to ensure that the job assigned is finished on timeTimely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits, triagewith field applications scientists as appropriateTimely complete and submit all required paperworkCommunicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary correctiveactionsMisc. other duties commensurate with the capabilities of a Field Service Engineer.Minimum requirements:Bachelors degree or equivalent technical qualifications in electrical/ mechanical engineering orpolytechnic diploma engineering in electrical or mechanical field.Experience in service and maintenance of high-end Life Sciences or medical capital equipment.Experience with semi-automated Biochemistry analyzers and hematology analyzers is preferred.Working knowledge of MS Office, ExcelWorking knowledge and ability to test and troubleshootTravel: Approximately 80% to 90%, primarily Delhi, Punjab, Haryana- in case of Delhi HQTravel: Approximately 90% to 95%, primarily Allahabad, Varanasi, Lucknow, Gorakhpur, Kanpur- In caseof Allahabad HQSalary : 15 - 25KContact Ajay at J J INDIA, B-108, 2nd Floor, Lajpat Nagar, Part-1, New Delhi-110024.
