Job Description

    Roles and ResponsibilitiesSM / Manage - UI/UX DesignerRole: UI/UX DesignerReporting to: Vice PresidentFunction: TechnologyAge Criteria: Maximum age 35 yearsExperience: 7 11 YearsWork Location: Delhi Key ResponsibilitiesBuild responsive designs/ prototypes for GST and other websites/Portals, campaign pages, User Interfaces, Articulate conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale, both verbally and visually.UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components. Hands on experience with design software and wireframe tools that includes work with web/mobile applications.ResponsibilitiesGather and evaluate use case requirements in collaboration with business services and technology teamsIllustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, prototypes (HTML) and sitemapsDesign graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets, forms, call to action link etc.Build page navigation buttons ensuring minimum clicks and maximum impactDevelop UI/UX mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look likeCreate original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholdersDesign web page keeping in mind massive scale internet facing transactional portalIdentify and troubleshoot UI/UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedbackAdhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images as stipulated from time to time.Key Attributes & SkillsBE/ B.Tech/ B.Sc / MCA/ MSc / MBA (IT). Design, M. Design, PG diploma in Web Design from Government recognized institutions.Should have 3+ years of experience in UI/UX, Data Visualization in designing for IT/ software development / IT System projects / Website Development / Mobile Application Development.Web application development experience in any 2 of the following HTML5, CSS3, .LESS, Angular 4+, Python, Django, Flask, Java ScriptExperience with working with flexbox design model is a plusStrong analytic, problem solving, and programming abilityKnowledge of Software tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision, Adobe Suite, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop etc.)Good to have understanding of HTML-5 and Javascript/JSPTeam spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders,
