Job Description

    Preferred candidates from D2C.Key Responsibilities:
    • Strategy & Planning:
    o Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned withoverall marketing and business goals.o Identify target audiences and tailor content to resonate with their specificinterests and needs.o Set clear, measurable goals for social media performance (engagement,reach, website traWic, conversions).o Plan and manage a social media content calendar, ensuring a consistentflow of high-quality content.o Stay ahead of the curve on social media trends, emerging platforms, andbest practices, especially within the beauty and personal care industry.
    • Content Creation & Curation:
    o Create engaging and visually appealing content (images, videos, stories,reels, etc.) that reflects our brand identity and values.o Write compelling and platform-appropriate captions that encourageinteraction.o Source and curate user-generated content (UGC) to build community andauthenticity.o Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers asneeded.
    • Community Management:
    o Actively engage with our followers, responding to comments, messages,and inquiries promptly and professionally.o Foster a positive and interactive online community around our brand.o Run contests, giveaways, and other interactive campaigns to driveengagement and follower growth.
    • Paid Social Media Advertising:
    o Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns (primarily onFacebook, Instagram, and potentially other platforms) to achieve specificobjectives (e.g., brand awareness, lead generation, website traWic, sales).o Develop compelling ad copy and visuals that align with campaign goals.o Monitor ad performance, analyze data, and make data-drivenadjustments to maximize ROI.o Manage social media advertising budgets eWectively.
    • Analytics & Reporting:
    o Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics using platformanalytics tools and other relevant software.o Identify insights and trends to inform future strategies and optimizeperformance.o Provide regular reports to management on social media performance andkey learnings.
    • Experimentation & Innovation:
    o Regularly proposing and conducting A/B test on diWerent post, copy, andcontent.o Always researching new and upcoming platforms for marketing.
