They have a registered base of over a million users and are working towards the growth of online gaming in the country.The founders are MIT alumni who bring with them immense tech and business knowledge to provide global level gaming services.AsSocial ORM, you will be working towards enhancing and building the organizations reputation by constantly measuring the effectiveness of your strategies.What you will do:

  • Understanding of search engine behaviour, social media, forums, blogs, ratings and reviews, etc.
  • Establishing policies and procedures, systems and standards that will avoid any negative impacts on the organization.
  • Reaching out to dissatisfied customers is an important procedure to control negative reviews.
  • Focusing on forums, tweets, images, and writing effective blog posts, or publishing positive reviews is also the responsibility of a reputation manager.
Required Candidate profileWhat you need to have:
  • Proficient with the SM platforms and tools
  • Should have at least 1 yr experience in the field (max 2 years)
  • Should have great writing skills
  • Should be a good at decision making for different type of queries
  • Should have prior experience in using a SM third party tool
