Manager/ Manager- Business Development Location:- Delhi but Company reserve right to transfer candidate to any of its location as per its decision. Qualifications:- BE/ B.Tech.Metallurgical, Additional qualification like M.Tech / M.E. (Metallurgy)/ MBA shall be preferred but not compulsory for right candidate. Key Skills:- Responsible for cored wire division, handling the sales of various cored wire products. Making offer and negotiating with the existing &new clients/ customers. Preparing tenders and issuing sales contracts and purchase orders. Visiting client s site on regular basis to increase the business and new products and requirement. Monitor competitor/ market activities to formulate the strategy. Working and following up with the trends of the raw material prices globally. Work closely with external agencies to ensure quality and logistics Maintain Relationship with external vendors and clients. Purchasing raw material like Ferro Alloys, Cold rolling Steel Strip etc from international and domestic seller. Responsible for selling Nobel Alloys and Ferro Alloys in the global Market. Attend quality complaint, provide problem solving methods to end users / shop floor level staff. Experience:- 4- 6 years of experience in steel/ iron industries. Description:- Must know the complete life cycle of steel manufacturing process. Have good understanding of commercials. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively work in a collaborative team environment. Ability to learn new things quickly. ,
