Job Family DescriptorKey Objective / Purpose of Job:

  • Part of Professional Service team for Hosted Contact center platform for TCL, Objective is to provide custom solution & to enhance the features in platform by customization.
Major Activities:
  • Custom requirement understanding and documentation, Custom Solution Design on top of Cisco UCCE, CVP development, CTI development/integration, Analysis/feasibility study & preparing scope of work, web application development, web service, Natural Language Processing tool integration, integration(REST/SOAP) & development, knowledge of payment gateway integration & CRM integration like Salesforce, Service now & etc.
Essential Qualifications:BE/B.Tech (Computer Science or Telecommunication)/MCA.Requisite Skills:Skill: Java/j2ee, SQL-Server, Cisco CTI, IVR (optional), Salesforce integration, Service now integration & custom CRM integrations. Strong Understanding of Hosted Contact Center Solution, sound understanding of Web services (SOAP & REST), Call Centre solution experience, XML, CRM & payment gateway applications knowledge.TechnicalJava/j2ee, SQL-Server, CTI Development, Finesse gadgets understanding, Understanding of Web services (SOAP & REST), XML/VXML/CXML, CRM applications (Salesforce, Service now & etc.), payment gateway integration knowledge.FunctionalStrong Understanding of Hosted Contact Centre Solutions, Customer Management,Behavioral

Work Experience
  • 8-10 years of experience on Software development in java/j2ee, web services (SOAP & REST), CTI, Finesse gadget, IVR (optional) & payment gateway integration, NLP integration.
Level DescriptorLead and drive team to provide support to sales teams for commercial analysis and deal preparation through interfacing with product and sales teams to ensure providing efficient and timely support for deals, Provide support on bid proposal creation and submission.Review customized reports that go to senior management and other stakeholders periodically like normalized revenue, credit note etc. and create reports on request like customer analytics, variance analysis, product analysis etc. May be an individual contributor or may lead a team through application of deep knowledge of one job area or broad knowledge of several job areas within Business Operations/ Commercial Operations. Operational role, responsible for setting objectives and delivering results that have a significant impact within the context of a wider operational area. Identifies problems and updates or modifies working methods in own role without the benefit of defined procedures. May provide first level of supervisory management to a work team that includes professional roles.
