Proper Manpower planning to ensure higher productivityCoordination with Head Office / Manpower Agencies for right kind of Human Resources at the right time in all the work stations.Ensure completion of joining formalities and proper induction of new employee for the Business and Culture.Ensure and Maintain up - to - date recruitment progress report , talent database and all related staffing communication.Process all local recruitment requests in an effective and efficient manner.Training & DevelopmentTo identifying training needs for employeesCoordination with Functional Heads / Senior Management to understand the required skill sets.Preparing training calendar and ensure trainings as per calendar.Coordination with internal training faculties for imparting training.To measure effectiveness of Training.Audit SupportHandle HR / Compliance AuditsStatutory ComplianceTo ensure all statutory compliance are followedTo comply Contract labour related compliances and effective Utilization.Compensation and BenefitsMonitor and alert the CEO & directors to any variance between the budgeted and actual salaries and headcount.Monitor & gather all necessary data to benchmark salaries and benefits.Monitor the Compiled data needed for the annual salary review , and the annual performance appraisal analysis.Provide recommendations and support to HR Teams.Employee Relations / Industrial Relation.To detect and handle complaints , disputes and grievances of all staffs and resolve , & report to the CEO & Directors , if required.To foster a conducive working environment through employee relations activities and communication.To assist in handling all local Labour tribunal cases.To Ensure Proper Welfare of employees.Keep up the morale of all staff and contract employees by prompt attention to their needs and motivating them.Rules and RegulationsTo create and implement the employee staff rules and regulations with the coordination of CEO & DirectorsHuman resource information system (HRIS)Ensure & maintain smooth running of the Human Resources Information System.Monitor timely update of personnel records (personal details , position , salary , appraisal outcomes , leave records , training and awards).Personnel AdministrationTo handle Administration functions like transportation , Security , Housekeeping , Infrastructure Management , Facilities Management , Vendor Management.Purchase materials by obtaining requirements; negotiating price , quality , and delivery; approving invoices.Labour Law / Statutory complianceStatutory License. - Managing and monitor of timely , Renewal of Legal License / Registration for Lab: - Factory License , MCF Factory License , and Registration of Contract Labor Employment , Fire NOC , Pollution Consent & NOC , Trade License.Ensure Return maintaining under various Act; like Factory act , Labour Act , LWF , ESI , Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) act , COLLECTION OF STATISTICS ACT.Ensure Managing & Maintaining of Legal register and document under various act like - Factory Act , Payment of wages Act , Minimum wages act , ESIC , EPF , Payment of Bonus , Equal remuneration , CLRA.Ensure proper maintaining and submission of contribution of ESI , EPF , L.W.F etc.Review compliance with all applicable rules , regulations with labor department and environmental aspects.Maintain good working relations with all related government agencies and ensure compliance with all labor and other related legislations.Performance managementM. H.R.DEnsure & Carry out the periodical performance appraisal of employees and senior , grant of increments and promotions as per HR policy.Employee Development Programs.Team Building , Motivation , Communication.Establish a pro - active work culture.Create objective systems and procedures of Appraisals , Rewards & Punishments.Formulate , implement & review HR polices & proceduresProvide advice and support to Management on HR related issues,
