Job position: Sr Legal ManagerCTC- NegotiableExperience 15 yrsLocation- Delhi-Coordinate & liaise with various government departments, external consultants;Liaison with Ministry of Information Broadcasting (I&B, the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI);Compliance with TRAI Regulations and MIB Guidelines, and any other applicable laws;Litigation - Handling matters before Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal(TDSAT); keeping all concerned updated re.
