Required store Manager for Retail showroom for mayur vihar location at Delhi.Salary: 30K-35KMale candidate preferred. Should have relevant experience of around 5-8 yrs in managing retail outlet dealing in garments, ladies wear, ethnic wear, suits etc.JOB PROFILE:1. Is responsible for Pre-opening procedures - Opens Store in the morning, monitors Housekeeping.2. To ensure that stock is well presented and displayed.3. Ensure that replenishment takes place regularly whenever required.4. To plan moves on a daily and weekly basis depending on stock and new lines.5. Getting the deliveries checked and counted in a systematic manner.6. Is responsible for managing the whole floor to ensure smooth functioning of work and ensure that his people work as a team with good interpersonal relationships.7. Co-ordinate time for lunch breaks/tea breaks for various staff related to his/her departments.8. To have a very pleasing and approachable personality and disposition.9. To ensure that his staff and himself/herself work towards giving the customer exceptional service at all times.10. To ensure that staff take responsibility for their customers and regularly follow up.11. To find ways to personalize service and meet with the customers unexpressed needs.12. To ensure billing & check out is fast and efficient.13. To ensure that the merchandise on the floor has the correct printed price stickers.14.
