Supply Vendor ManagementFull Time EmployeeSwiggy started in 2014 with just a few restaurants on board limited to Koramangala in Bangalore , Swiggyis now India s leading food ordering and delivery platform. Starting off with just 2 neighborhoods in Bangalore , we are now present in over 240 locations PAN India and are only looking to grow further. More than 121 , 000 restaurant partners leverage Swiggy to reach new customers and increase their sales. All of this has been made possible only because of our motivated work force nearing 10000+ employees that run the show from start to finish.Every order delivered bySwiggy s fleet of over 1 , 50 , 000 Delivery Executives , the largest in India , ensures a host of customer - centric features , while ensuring we provide unparalleled conveniencefor our customersAreas of ResponsibilityIndicative ActivitiesLaunch of National chainsExecute the assigned work and monitor the health index of the restaurant. Take corrective actions , if required.Identify the type of launches and assess the kind of support required from partners / brands. Raise a ticket with the catalogue teams and ensure it is done within the TAT.EscalationsManage escalations pertaining to live orders / late delivered orders or misbehaviour with the DEs. Ensure that RCA is done for the incidents.Ensure the geo - tagging is accurate for all on - boarded restaurants to avoid any booking or delivery glitches.Align the partners on the process in the partner platform e.g. resetting passwords , timing change , past orders , invoices , transaction , requesting for financial statements etc.CatalogueRaise tickets for restaurants for aspects like new item addition / deletion of item , price change etc. and ensure closure within TAT.Collaborate with the relevant teams to run promotions , discounts , customisation of items on specific dates.Conduct Sanity check for the newly onboarded restaurants and ensure zero fault in the menu. If required reach out to the catalogue team for immediate resolution.Projects ExecutionCreate a learning repository based upon previous work done for future reference.Train the partners on new features added to the platform / partner app such as self - serve feature which allows the partner to update the mentu / prices on their own.Metrics analysisAnalyse the data received from MIS , identify issues of partners not getting orders , receiving less orders , complaints of customers for specific items etc. and ensure resolution.,
