    Job Title(position)Talent Acquisition Executive / RecruiterCompany Profile:-Space Consultant, A 15 years old recruitment consultant registered in MSME Act and labour Act.Number of vacancies: 3Qualification Anybody can apply ( preferred MBA, BBA, etc)Experience:Fresher OR candidate working as a recruiter with some reputed recruitment consultant.Per Month Salary:Upto 40K PM depending upon skill and experienceWork Details & Responsibilities:End-to-end recruitment: Sourcing, Staffing, scoping, and onboarding candidates.Sourcing of candidates via internet postings, networking, headhunting, and internal DatabaseEffectively using the personal network, built-up the database, digital platforms, and referrals to reachpassive prospective candidatesConducting preliminary Interviews, telephonic Interviews, and shortlisting candidatesArranging interviews for shortlisted candidatesContinuous efforts to ensure the talent pool data is updated timelyEffectively built relationships with Employees.Must be enthusiastic and initiatorSkills required:Good communications skill in English and HindiGender(Male/Female) AnyRemarkEssential ConditionsThe candidate must be from Greater Noida.Fresher or candidates working with a recruitment consultant.Good knowledge of the internet.Decent communication skills.Must have own laptopStudents who are currently doing MBA from some greater Noida institutes can join.
