Job Description

    Responsibilities :Facilitating the all-round development of all children, enabling them to reach their full potentialSupporting the development of the children within the EYFS curriculumKey Person role for a group of children, actively communicating with team membersCreating an inclusive environment for both the staff, students and parents / careersUtilizing a range and balance of planning, teaching, assessment (recording and reporting) strategiesMonthly / weekly / daily learning outcome goals and implementing into daily classroom practiceExecute the general plan of monthly / weekly / daily goals and lead and supervise planned activities as advised from Lead TeacherUsing a variety of resources representing multiple perspectives and addressing the individual needs of children with different levels and types of abilityProducing accurate and effective observations to assess the childrens progress and its effectivenessProducing termly evaluation reports for designated key children and termly parents reportsBe accessible and available as a point of contact for parents or careers.Observing and updating the childs care record and tracking their development within the NurseryResponding sensitively to childs feelings and behaviors and meeting emotional needsProviding reassurance to new children to enable smooth transition into nurseryEmpowering children to feel responsible and involving them actively in their own learningSupporting physical needs of child not limited to nappy changing, toileting and dressing, settling to sleep, giving milk, fostering positive behaviorRequirementsIdeal candidate can be a fresher or have have 2 years of similar work experience.The successful candidate will be expected to undergo a background check and provide references.BenefitsOpportunity to work with a Global BrandRound the year training programsCollaborative work culture
