The team leader will be required to handle the team of tele sales callers for the inbound process.Team leader would be coordinating, planning and helping the sales team to achieve their monthly and quarterly targets.Team leader should preferably have health or beauty product sold.Should have profound experience of products selling through tele calling.Team leader should be proficient in sales planning and sales achievement through the sales team.Team leader should be excellent in sales communication.Team leader would be coaching and mentoring the sales team for the sales function execution as per the training and company policy.
