Job Description

    Profile:- Recruitment Team Leader / Manager- Orbitouch Outsourcing Pvt. Ltd (OrbiTouch HR) Experience- more than 4yrsIndustry- recruitment and staffingLocation:- Tilak Nagar, new Delhi (nearby tilak Nagar metro) CTC:- UPTO- 4.2LPA (Depends on experience & interview) working days:- 6 daysshift timing- 10 am to 6.30pm. (Saturday 10am - 5pm) (work from office only)Job descriptionExperience:4 years in Domestic IT/Non IT Recruitments, with at least 2 years of Team Handling and client management experience.Roles and Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
    • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
    • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including cold calling and interviews, to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
    • Maintain a robust candidate database and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
    Client Engagement:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and company culture.
    • Collaborate with clients to create comprehensive job specifications and understand desired candidate profiles.
    Interview Coordination:
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
    • Prepare candidates for interviews by providing relevant information about the company, culture, and interview process.
    Negotiation and Offer Management:
    • Facilitate the negotiation process between clients and candidates, including salary and benefits discussions.
    • Manage the offer and acceptance process to ensure a smooth transition from candidate selection to onboarding.
    Additional Responsibilities for Team Lead/Team Manager:
    • Achieve individual and team targets for candidate placements.
    • Enhance team members performance and revenue generation on a monthly basis.
    • Lead recruitment projects allocated to your team, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
    • Build and develop a team of Recruiters, maintaining optimal team size.
    • Provide training on recruitment processes and tools to team members.
    • Manage team performance effectively, focusing on monthly and quarterly targets, and fostering a motivating team environment.
    • Proven experience of end-to-end recruitment and managing team within recruitment and staffing industry only.
