Summary: Supervise the team and reconcile the receipt books issued to Field executives (internal or external agencies), deliver continuous results, maintain quality, identify gaps and fix them. Job Responsibilities: Maintain relationship with Team Process knowledge To meet designated targets by actively monitoring Ensuring effective manpower alignment Daily, weekly Review to keep a track of team performance against the target Needs to control absenteeism and attrition in the team Ensure proper quality controls on the set process Ensure timely deliver and deposit of receipt books from the team Identifying the errors of the team and coaching for improvement Desired Profile: Experience in receipt book reconciliation is must Must be able to drive the Team for higher productivity with Efficiency and Change as per business requirement Should be well versed with MS Office applications Who should join Must be well organized at work to manage large volumes and plan ahead Must have team handling experience Should be well versed with the geography Should be self- driven to drive results,
