Job Description

Job description:

  • Team Management and Administration.
  • Capacity Planning and ensuring Support to other teams at WHL.
  • Planning and organizing Training for team members.
  • Monitoring and control of performance indicators for business as well as team members.
  • Escalation handling and strategic resolution.
  • Carrying out several analyses on regular basis.
Salary: 7-8 Lakhs/annumRequired qualifications:
  • Master in Business Administration, preferably in Operations Management.
  • Min. Experience of 3 years in Operations, preferably in Spare Parts Sales.
  • Good competency in MS Office and ERP systems preferably in SAP (SDModule).
  • Good Communication skills in English as well as in German language.
  • Good Leadership skills.
  • Good Inter-Cultural competence.
Preferable prior knowledge:
  • Exposure to international business environment especially in Germany is preferred.
  • Experience in German companies is preferred.
Special requirements:Candidate should be ready to sign a bond with company for 3-5 years depending on the profile.
