Job Description

    Role - Technical Lead ( Development + Support )Exp 9 to 12 YearsLocation -Noida/GurgaonResponsibilities of the position include:
    • Provide technical leadership by enforcing the vision of the application architecture and safeguard the integrity of the application environment, in alliance with architects and other tech leads
    • Estimate the tasks and resources required to design, build, and test the code.
    • Manage and implement/support major system enhancements by establishing appropriate change management procedures (internal and external), identifying scope changes, and coordinating multi service strategies and issues
    • Assist developers in getting the necessary applications access.
    • Scope the projects from a systems perspective, develop high-level implementation plans, lead systems requirements meetings, identify issues, complete gap analysis and scoping, and act as a liaison to subject matter experts as needed.
    • Create High-Level Design (HLD)/Integrated System Design that defines the system technically and submit it for review.
    • Review Low-Level Design (LLD)/detailed technical design to ensure adherence to HLD before the start of code development
    Required Experience:9 12 years of total experience with development experience in below skills:
    • Solid experience with HTML/CSS, and UI design including Apache Wicket
    • Experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Hibernate, RESTful principles and/or web services.
    • Knowledge and previous hands-on experience with relational databases such as Oracle as well as SQL language.
    • Experience with Modern continuous integration CI, build, version control tools.
    • Experience with Design Patterns, Architecture, Design, Test Driven Development, Dependency Injection, Mocking.
    • Designs, implements and maintains code based on functional and technical requirements.
    • Develop solutions that are tested, scalable, reliable, and reusable following our established development and strict testing practices.
    • Solid understanding of good coding and testing practices.
    • Work collaboratively in an Agile Lean/Kanban team following defined development processes to plan sprints, expand stories into technical tasks, work on removing impediments, and execute at top velocity.
    • Successful track record of delivering on projects, both individually and as a team member.
    • Organized and detail-oriented, able to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently.
    • Works well in a strongly collaborative but mature agile development environment.
    • Prefers to generalize and work in a variety of areas instead of specializing in any one technical area (server, client, DB, multiple applications).
