Job Description

- Inbound / Outbound Technical Support.Interface with Customers via Inbound or Outbound calls or the Internet for the purpose of resolving routine problems with products or services like enterprise servers / cloud computing.Roles & Responsibilities: o Greet Customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures. o Clarify Customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem. o Support Customers across Telecommunication, Financial Services, Healthcare and Technology vertical. o Troubleshoot Customer issues related to enterprise / exchange server & cloud computing.Candidate Profile- o Any Graduate - Any Postgraduate - Any Undergraduate - Drop out (Experienced) / (pursuing with 12 months technical support experience. o Salary upto 5 LPA o Excellent verbal skills in English Language. o SERVER knowledge is must. o Excellent knowledge of Exchange Server 2007/2010, Active Directory & Operating Systems o Network troubleshooting and should be well versed with Microsoft Office Outlook 2003/2007/2010. o Flexible with 24/7 Environment.Certifications (Preferable):- o Exam 70-640(Windows Server 2008) o Exam 70-662(Exchange 2010) o Exam 70-321(Deploying Office 365) o Exam 70-323(Administering Office 365)Additional Benefits- o Two-way A/C cabs.
