Job Description

  • Set up a PPM system to cover all M and E plant , electrical installation and specialist equipment.
  • Conducting routine inspection of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Developing preventive maintenance database within the work order system. Assigning preventive and scheduling work orders . listing work to be done for schedule work order generation . Determining most effective use of employees , equipment , and materials in the scheduling process
  • Ensure PPM is carried out correctly and as scheduled . All completed job cards are entered into facilities hotline CMMS.
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical and electrical system problems. Determining best method to implement solutions.
  • Evaluating task completion and performance of employees assigned mechanical work orders.
  • Willing to work on weekends.
