Job Description

    Role SummaryAs a Pre-Sales Officer, you will connect with assigned partner leads to onboard them with Ambak Fintech andsupport the activation of partners who have not yet started working with us. This is a target-oriented role that offerslearning exposure in fintech sales and partner management.Key Responsibilities / KRAs
    • Reach out to assigned partner leads to support onboarding and activation
    • Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding and login targets
    • Make approximately 250 outbound calls per day to engage partners
    • Maintain an average daily call duration of around 2.5 hours
    • Update call outcomes, partner details, and follow-ups in CRM systems
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
