Job Description

Urgently required a Telecounsellor cum Sales Coordinator for a renowned IVF Clinic at DelhiExp: minimum 1 year

  • Making enhanced outbound calls on leads provided by the company.
  • Analyzing customers requirements and providing them solutions as per their needs
  • Works with the analytics team in undertaking detailed analyses of sales performance for the purpose of reporting sales strategy successes, weaknesses, and opportunities to senior sales management
  • Achieving sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing business from existing clients
  • Implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
  • Creating database of existing and new clients
  • Adhering to quality standard
  • Approaching potential clients with the aim of winning new business, to maintain good relationships with existing clients, gaining repeat business wherever possible.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
  • Sales experience in Credit card, Pharmacy and Insurance Company would be given preference.
Education & Key Skills:
  • Any Graduate / Post Graduate Any stream
  • Excellent telephony skills.
  • Strong command of English Language and ability to effectively communicate with variety of different customers.
  • Proven track record in strong presentation skills is essential.
  • Strong track record of business-to-business sales.
  • Strong research and strategic analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and be able to call potential clients with confidence.
  • Skilled at agreeing and closing deals with customers.
  • Adept in operating Microsoft Office and associated programs.
  • Must enjoy a challenging work environment that requires significant flexibility, self direction and creativity.
  • Work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • A Get Up and Go self-motivated attitude
