Job Description

    Greeting!Job Title: Tender / GeM Executive IT Hardware & AMCLocation: East of Kailash Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in the IT industry (specifically in AMC & hardware sales) Joining: Immediate joiners preferredKey Responsibilities:
    • Handle all activities related to the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal, including product listing, bid/tender submission, documentation, and compliance.
    • Identify and submit IT Hardware and AMC-related tenders on GeM within deadlines.
    • Manage product pairing and catalog listing on the GeM portal.
    • Use tools such as HP IQ to configure products and generate pricing as per OEM guidelines.
    • Coordinate with OEMs for Manufacturer Authorization Forms (MAF), technical datasheets, pricing support, and other required documentation.
    • Prepare technical and commercial bids, compliance sheets, and all other necessary tender documentation.
    • Monitor corrigendums, clarifications, and respond appropriately.
    • Manage post-order processes including order fulfillment, invoice submission, and contract handling on the GeM portal.
    Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the IT industry, with strong exposure to AMC and hardware sales.
    • Hands-on experience with the GeM portal, including product pairing, bid handling, documentation uploads, etc.
    • Proficient in working with OEM tools (preferably HP IQ) for pricing and product configuration.
    • Strong coordination skills with OEMs for collecting documentation and technical inputs.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel), PDF tools, and professional email correspondence.
    • Highly detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of managing multiple deadlines efficiently.
    • Knowledge of government procurement processes and bidding compliance is essential.
