The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading technology teams, driving project delivery, and ensuring the adoption of best engineering practices in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities
    • Lead end-to-end software development projects across multiple teams.
    • Manage architecture design, code quality, and performance optimization.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to ensure timely delivery.
    • Guide and mentor engineers to build scalable and maintainable solutions.
    • Evaluate emerging technologies and implement improvements in tech processes.
    • Manage client and stakeholder communication effectively.
    Requirements
    • B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA or equivalent technical qualification.
    • 10 years of experience in software development with leadership exposure.
    • Hands-on experience in Java / .NET / Full Stack / Cloud Technologies (as per project need).
    • Proven experience in managing teams and large-scale technology projects.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
    • Excellent communication and people management skills.
