Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Connect with customers over phone & emails to understand their requirements.
  • Good destination knowledge of International and Domestic destination.
  • Direct dealing with hotels/offline suppliers & transporters for contracted rates.
  • Hotel bookings.
  • To handle International, Domestic package including cost calculation, hotel booking, design itineraries, etc.
  • Be in charge of handling customers order & payment.
  • Confirm all reservations & documents prior to arrival & travel.
  • Maintain all records & documentation of day 2-day activities.
  • Follow up & solve any complaints with regards to the delivery of services to the clients & achieve their maximum satisfaction.
