POSITION : RECRUITER(US SHIFTING/US IT SHIFTING)FUNCTION : HD (ADMIN)LOCATION : MOTI NAGAR , DELHIKEY RESPONSIBLITIES(US IT RECRUITMENT) (US IT RECRUITMENT) (US IT RECRUITMENT)*Partner with Business, HR Business Partners and Resource Management Group in identification && prioritization of current && future talent needs, and the deployment of requisiterecruiting strategy for fulfillment.*Ensure effective fulfilment for all Project ensuring zero revenue loss - Adhere to recruitment budgets and overall resourcing costs - Manage key ratios of TAT, CPH, Joining Ratio,Referral contribution and infant mortality.*Ensure key business stakeholders are delighted with the right TA partnership model.*Provide insights to Business regarding industry trends and competitors and the consequent.*Impact on talent landscape and recruitment strategy.*Partner with Marketing to develop and drive a strong employer brand on social media.*Channels deployed for recruitment, as an employer of choice.*Ensure that the recruitment strategy aligns with the diversity and inclusiveness goals of the organization.*Partner with Global Mobility function to enable successful on boarding of visa dependent candidates.*Sourcing and Headhunting candidates through all possible channels such as Job Portals asDice, monster, Career builder, and thru references, professional networking.*Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends. Excellent understanding of technologyand associated technical skill sets Should have good experience working with Direct clientsmost of the time.*Ability to demonstrate Full Recruiting Lifecycle (gathering requirements, candidateprospecting, candidate screening, Negotiations, candidate submission, follow-up, Interview,offer negotiation & On Boarding etc)*Sound knowledge of the documentation, Contracting, NDAs on US Employment type W2,1099, Corp 2 Corp Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding clientrequirements && mapping the relevant targets.
