Should have extensive experience and expertise of overall management of Diagnostic Centres Should have handled multiple centres and have experience of setting up new Diagnostic centres Capability to achieve time bound schedules and targets Should have a vision to provide overall growth of business both on short-term and long-term basis Lead the Business Operations team and effectively manage all strategic operational processes and resourcing, and leading the organization in order to achieve and maintain operational excellence Handle a mix of administrative duties and strategic responsibilities Lead multiple large cross-functional teams and communicate with senior management to facilitate projects and ensure performance meets goals consistently Provide strong leadership to team including developing and monitoring individual and team performance goals Ensures projects are completed within committed time and budget and are integrated with other business and related projects Periodic review of team & centres performance Design programs focused on achieving and improving customer and employee satisfaction Capability to achieve time bound schedules and targets Provide strong leadership to team including developing and monitoring individual and team performance goals Plans and Prepare financial, compliance or operational reviews/ audits Exploring all the accounting reports and help in financial analysis Review of profit and loss of the company Identifies control gaps and opportunities for improvement Assess, evaluate and promote compliance to internal policies Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings. Maintain open communication with management and audit committee.,
